What is madness
We have seen the folly and the Beachbody P90X infomercial development on television the night. The madness is seen by many as an alternative or follow-up training program by Beachbody P90X popular. There is a significant difference between p90x and insanity. Madness is an intense cardiovascular workout plan that uses interval training to give the "best workout of your life" where P90X is a program that contains the heart, but focuses more on strength training.
The workouts are madness usually 45 minutes. Training with a warm up, cardio workout for the first 10 minutes or so to start. This is followed by a class of stretching / yoga for about 10 minutes. Next, the main formation, it follows the stretching session and lasts about 20 minutes. Twenty minutes may not seem like much, but coach Shaun T is sweating before the end. These workouts, six days a week to relax with a day off.
My criticism of madness
I tried the training program Madness 3 weeks I stopped. I decided to P90X. The reason I stopped, because the madness of folly are training very hard on my knee. In P90X Tony Horton says talk of outcome, to avoid
damage. I followed his advice, when my knees began to ache all involved than meets insanity workouts. I can be a bit of jump that requires work during the P90X plyometrics, but the daily madness in the jump was too much for me.
I looked around on the internet and I am not alone with this opinion. A lot of people have complained of knee pain, while training of madness. I broke my knee when I was a kid, so I might have to do something that was. But in my opinion, is the knee pain is not caused by my injury happened. It will include exercises on the heavy vibrations caused madness in your workouts. Towards the end of my three weeks, always jumping on my knee hurts. Since moving to P90X, I jump with no pain at all. It is the movement that causes pain. Is the constant jumping, which was a condition in which any small amount of jumping knees feel uncomfortable developed.
Another reason I stopped doing the madness was the lack of results. My weight fluctuates from day to day, so it's hard for me to stick my exact results after 3 weeks. You can not lose a pound or two, or may not be a loss. As with any workout plan, I know it's not immediate results. I can use the philosophy that development is good for me, and if I do what I have done the results will come with time. I know that does not sit on my butt to change something so that the development is to improve my current situation.
With this in mind, I needed something that encourages me to see the work through the pain in my knee. I was not seeing anything. I searched the internet and many people go through 3 or 4 weeks without weight loss in the madness. The common goal of the coaches is that people do not eat enough your body to keep in starvation mode. I used the same eating habits of madness, it worked for me in P90X and the results were the same. The workouts are intense madness, but my results were not significant.Madness improves athletic performance
The fact that insanity is not for me, does not mean it is right for you. I'm not a Beachbody coach. I'm just a guy looking for some honest way to share information about this product. If you are a basketball player, tennis players, soccer players, soccer players, etc. with good knees young, then you could improve the performance of the craziest of P90X. It contains a lot of movements working on lateral movement, jumping ability, cardiovascular endurance, muscular development and sprint speed. Even mixing in a small amount of strength training. If your main goal is to get faster and jump higher, then Insanity is doing a better job for you as P90X.
Who should P90X
If you have someone that we lose a few kilos and do not really care about your life 40 or jump so high that you can not care, then I would not recommend to madness. P90X is a much better workout in my opinion, when it comes to losing weight or maintain, while the muscle is. P90X is not only easier on the joints, but also contains more than a full body workout. Although we could not finish the work madness, I think I gave enough of an attempt to give an honest review. I can try to include something crazy in my work outs workouts P90X so many people like to do. They call it a hybrid determine where the weight training days with P90X P90X madness replaced in the days of cardio to do. Three days a week to jump on my knees perhaps more tolerable than the 5-6 days required jump, while the madness of the program.
What is P90X
A brief description of the P90X workout is as follows: 6 days a week of training, three of those days are strength training, cardiovascular training two days and one day of yoga. There is much variation within 90 days after training to keep it interesting and effective. Each workout is approximately 1 hour, but the sessions of strength training will be followed by a 15-minute session abdomen. The practice of yoga is the longest day and it takes about an hour and a half. Madness is much shorter than P90X training. It might be a better choice for someone who wants to train at high intensity, but not a lot of free time.
Another publication that I did not go to any of the recommended nutritional supplements while I'm working. The use of supplements and meal replacement shakes you might significantly better results I could achieve, without adding to my routine. I was everywhere was reduced from 5 to 10 pounds a month for the construction of two P90X my muscle mass and strength program.while whole body. It is recommended that you consult a physician before beginning an exercise program.
