Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome

Are you a night owl?
Have you spent years counting sheep, counting backwards from 1000 included assistants herbal dream, changing his bed and bedding and is still awake until 3, 4 or 5 or whatever is the clock, every day?

February 2012 Ninth Updated: - After my doctors advice I am following.
I've been trying for the last month, I put my sleep onset to stay awake an extra hour each day / night. So instead of going to bed to bed at 4 o'clock, as usual. I started going to bed at the June 5 amthen clock, and so could not keep up and stayed at 4 am. this seems to be my natural rhythm.
I went to Papworth Sleep Clinic today and spoke with Dr. Sam. She gave me a new sleep wear data logger to sleep tonight, or if I try to go get some decent data on my dream roles.
I also recommend a light box (daylight simulation box) address in the coming weeks and see if that helps, along with a new attempt to change the clock on my body. I have also prescribed melatonin, but should not use it until I had the time of the night, I want to attain. Clock is 11.00
