Fat Burning Secrets - Your Weight is Not that Important

Your weight is not so important. Your body fat percentage is. What is the percentage of body fat? This is part of their body composition. Your body is composed of muscles and bones, etc., which makes the lean body mass. Your body then fat. The percentage of the total mass, which is called pure fat your body fat percentage.

The same can be said in the other direction, I am a male bodybuilder 193cm tall and weighs 115kg. Of course, this muscle weight! My BMI tells me I'm overweight, but when I check my body fat percentage you need a level of 8%. This actually means I'm in class athlete and non-obese.
The focus on body fat rather than the total mass is a much better option if you want to set goals. This is a much better indication of where you are healthy. The other reason is that muscle weighs more than fat so sometimes when you build more muscle mass you will gain on the scale of what looks good because it is your body fat percentage has decreased and that means they are healthier and thinner. Your muscles weigh more simple!
